The Diagnosis is the only service we accept without complete prior information. It is not a sales meeting. It is a working tool: 3 weeks in which we analyze your idea, concept, project, or business together.

The result is a conclusions document and a tailored consulting proposal, designed specifically for your situation. Chef John Guerrero personally leads each diagnosis in Madrid.

Is the diagnosis conducted in-person or online?
In-person in Madrid and online for the rest of Spain and Latin America. Meetings combine restaurant visits with video calls depending on the format.

Yes. Based in Madrid with in-person travel across all of Spain for qualifying projects — Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Malaga. On-site diagnosis, audits, launch support, and operational coaching. Online follow-up between visits. Also Latin America.
