Essential Plan from 450 EUR/month (2 sessions), Intensive Plan 750 EUR/month (4 sessions + WhatsApp), Group Program 350 EUR/person (8 sessions in 2 months, max. 6 participants). VAT not included.

Are sessions in-person or online?

Both formats. In-person in Madrid and via video conference for the rest of Spain and Latin America. The combination adapts to your schedule.

Is a prior diagnosis necessary?

We recommend the diagnosis as a first step to tailor the mentoring to your real situation. It allows us to design a personalized program from the start.

How many participants does the group program accept?
